Bridgepoint Staffing Group provides light-industrial and administrative staffing and recruiting services as described on this website, including temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placement. Fees and Payment
Staffing services are provided to hiring companies under an agreed staffing services arrangement. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and invoiced as set out in that arrangement. Job seekers are never charged any fee to apply for, interview for, or be placed in a role through Bridgepoint Staffing Group. Fees paid are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly agreed in writing.
Candidate and Client Responsibilities
Hiring companies are responsible for maintaining a safe, lawful workplace and for complying with all applicable employment, wage-and-hour, and safety laws with respect to associates placed by us. Candidates are responsible for providing accurate information about their experience, eligibility to work, and availability. We rely on the accuracy of the information both parties provide.
Intellectual Property
The website design, Bridgepoint Staffing Group name and marks, underlying technology, and all proprietary materials are the property of Bridgepoint Staffing Group and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without express written permission. Any content you submit to us remains your property, and you grant us a limited license to use it as necessary to provide the services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bridgepoint Staffing Group and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our website or services.
